"Thorough and Professional Demeanor"

To Ownership:

Yesterday we had our furnace checked out by your technician Mike S. I would like to compliment Mike for his thorough and professional demeanor – nice guy!

Additionally, he took the time to explain “stuff” which I really appreciated. We requested quotes on a hot water heater and furnace AC – again, he took the time to explain the various options available.

We’ll be replacing the water heater (with you) within the next 2-3 months as long as it lasts that long – sooner if necessary.  Hopefully we can get another 1-2 years out of the furnace and AC, if not, we’ll be calling.

Mike seems to be an excellent employee – give him our compliments.
